Affordable Housing

This was the most serious fun I've had on a project! The subject matter –examining Spain's affordable housing crisis and the role long-term investment can play in addressing it – demanded a considered, professional approach. Yet the brief called for something visibly bold and engaging: warm colours, clean modern layouts, and design details with nods to Spanish influence. What I tried to do with my design solution was to balance both those things by developing a look and feel, sourcing imagery, and creating a bespoke icon set that brought warmth and personality to the report without undermining the weight of its content.
